Hip Hop Spin Class

This class takes traditional indoor cycling with endurance, hills and sprint drills and puts a hip hop spin on it! The time will fly by, and before you know it, you will have completed a full hour workout. This class is effective because it provides an intense, but fun, way of exercising.

Learn how to assess danger and make critical decisions quickly. In this class you will be taught how to recognize potential threats and prevent an attack. Also learning how to stop an attack using physical defense and escape danger.
